4 egg yolks
2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
8 ounces reconstituted lemon juice
1 pie tin with graham cracker crust
Beat the four egg yolks and pour into a mixing bowl. Add the two cans of sweetened condensed milk and 8 ounces of lemon juice. Mix thoroughly and pour into the pie tin with the graham cracker shell. Preheat oven to 325°. Put the pie in the oven and turn the oven off. Leave the pie in the hot oven for 25 minutes and then move it to the refrigerator to cool. Once it's cooled, top with Redi whip (the pie is good by itself but with Redi whip it's amazing-don't even THINK of adding that disgusting Cool Whip to my pie). Enjoy.
Don't forget to add the lemon juice!
